Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at customerservice@findyourweigh.ca if you're dissatisfied with any product you received in your box so we can make it right! 

Refunds will be issued on your original payment method. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
